#9 - Mega Sceptile
Up next is Mega Sceptile. Mega Sceptile is a lot like Mega Manectric, but is a little bit better where their stats are concerned.
Mega Sceptile has an incredible design, plus is the only Grass/Dragon Type Pokemon there is. Much like Mega Manectric, Mega Sceptile is a speedy Special Attack Sweeper. Mega Sceptile has a Base Stat of 145 for both its Speed and Special Attack, ten more for each category than Mega Manectric. These types of stats allow Mega Sceptile to be ranked in the top ten quickest Pokemon AND the top twenty-five special attackers. That's an insane amount of battling advantage right there!
Mega Sceptile, like Mega Manectric, also has decent defensive stats, which usually allows it to take at least two hits. It was also given Lightningrod as an ability; not the best, but it does give it one less weakness (it also allows it to scout hits in order to raise its Special Attack). What makes Mega Sceptile not rank higher is its limited Dragon Type Movepool, along with being weak to the common Fairy Type Pokemon. It really only receives Dragon Pulse as a Dragon Type Move, as both Outrage and Dragon Claw are both Physical Attacks (and Mega Sceptile is more of a Special Sweeper). Sure, you can run a Physical Mega Sceptile, but it doesn't pack as much punch as if it were a Special Sweeper (unless you run one with Swords Dance). It's a risk, but it might work to your advantage.
The best and most common Mega Sceptile moveset would probably be Leaf Storm, Dragon Pulse, Giga Drain, and Focus Blast / Synthesis OR Sunny Day, Solarbeam, Dragon Pulse, and Synthesis; both of which most likely using with maxed out Special Attack and Speed Effort Values. Some people might try to pull a trick, and run a Physical Mega Sceptile. If so, it would probably have maxed out Attack and Speed Effort Values with the moves Leaf Blade, Dragon Claw, Swords Dance, and Drain Punch / Pursuit. Either way, it's still a great Mega Evolution to have on your team.Mega Sceptile is a smidge better than Mega Manectric, and that's why it ranks just ahead of it on our list.

Its pretty great.
But Mega Rayquaza isn't d best Pokemon. Mega Mewtwo X &Y still are better then him.
Ya I wd agree with most of d remaining.
But I think dat Mega Salamance deserves to b higher. Maybe at no. 5. Also Mega Sceptile at 7 with Mawile at 6. Mega Aggron has good defense and not many weakness but low special defense is a big drawback. A fire blast / focus blast / Aura Sphere can take it out in 1 blow. And Mega Manetric would b higher then Mega Absol for having a better speed.
