How doy uo perform muggins on saints row 2 , I had been told it was when you press R3 and hold the cosstarget over a pedesterian until the cough up money?

Put you're crosshair over them and keep it there and if there arent cops around theyll drop money and run

Aiming at a pedestrian until they drop cash is correct but the reason why it ant showing up in your statistics is probably because you entered a cheat in this game entering any cheats disables online statistics and side activties progress.
