Can you get special outfits like cop uniform or EMC uniform(I know about te pimp outfit)

You can get cop uniform by a glitch not sure about what emc is give me heads up if you find out what it is and tell me

To get the cop outfit you have to MAKE one, most of the clothes needed are at branded, make you shirt either a cop light blue or a dark grey with an orange tie. Brown slacks and for the emc you need to beat the game 100%
