Easy. First you pull out your handun then presision aim(zoom in) then wait about three seconds to stick up their hands then they should hand over the cash.

Precision aim at someone for around 3 or 4 seconds, then they will raise their arms and hand over the cash.
If they don't, they will probably run away or pull a gun on you.

Go up to someone and hold you weapon to them in fine aim and hold your crosshair over them for three seconds, they should drop money. When there running you can't mug them
