If you go to the monster arena, a lot of the battle conquest monsters can give you return spheres.

Chimerageist, the very first monster available in the Calm Lands Arena, drops them after every battle( 2 with OVERKILL). He also drops Dark Matter too(every Species Conquest and Area Conquest fiends drop DM rarely)
