I'm looking to max out all the luck on all of my characters can anyone tell me where the best place to get fortune spheres or what fiend to bribe them from?

The easiest way to get fortune sphere's is to fight the earth eater original in the Calm Lands it usually drops them and you will get 2 if you get an overkill. If you are going to fight the earth eater then your characters should have have very high stats.
If you have a highly powerful aeon (i use anima) with haste,protect and curaga it isn't that hard. Do not use shell as your creative magic is weaker and i believe that the flare attack still deals the same damage i recommend anima's health at 18000
