Im not real sure about this but I think you have to have all the aeons including anima and yojimbo. Then you have to have the cellestial mirror. This should open the door
In order to open the door, you must have both Yojimbo AND Anima. Also, you have to fight all of Regimine's(How ever you spell it) Aeon's and obtain the Flower Cepter. Now, you must go and collect all of the fiends in Mt. Gagazet including the ones in the cave. Now, go back to the Arena and the guy will give you the Blossom crown. Now, go back to Remiem temple and the door should open.
