I can't find the person in the Calm Lands that lets you ride a Chocobo, they disappeared, what happened? Anything I can do?

That person is still there she just appears in defferent locations. You will usually find her in front of the agency in the middle of the Calm Lands, near the exit to Mt Gagazet or near the exit to Macalania Woods. If you can't find her in any of those locations leave then go back.
