just exactly how do i get all four of wakkas overdrives

Hi I've already completed the game but I'm goin back to get all the ultimate weapons I have aurons tidus's and yuna's fully powered up but I can't seem to even get wakkas 3rd overdrive and I know you need to get all four unlocked to get his sigil but know matter how many times I play blitzball they just won't show up

Just keep playing blitzball until it shows up in a tornament
And you may have lost a tornament to get it
