Tidus and the Chocobo Race

What happens to Tidus at the end and can you find him in FFX-2?
I have done the race around 20 times and there is still no balloons.
So can you HELP me plaese?

Atually yo do see tidus in ffx-2 but the entire game your tryin to find him thats all I'm going to say I don't wanna ruin the game for you

If I say, it will be mego spoiler, you're best bet is completing the game yourself, then playing X-2. In X-2, you play as Yuna, and your party is made up of her, Rikku, and anothr girl called Paine. Your objective in the game is to find Tidus, but as you progros, it becomes clear theres more to do than that
