It would be best in I knew which fiends you have caught already so I'll list all the fiends that are in the thunder plains and you can compare with the ones you've caught already.
Gold Element.
Iron Giant.
Melusine.
Aerouge.
Buer.
Larva.
Kusariqqu.
Qactuar - to get this enemy to appear you have to pray at the 3 Qactuar stones in the Thunder Plains there is a book in the agency that explains about it. You need to pray at the 3 glowing Qactuar stones but there are more than 3 stones there some are fake but you'll know they are the right ones because after you press square near them an image of a Qactuar will appear above them.

First go to the travel agency and read a book on the desk and it tells you about Quactars
Then go to the glowing stones outside and pray to them with the square button and they will appear. There is also a broken lightning tower that you can pray to and it will reveal a secret weapon (to open the chest you need the celestial mirror)
