Okay... I'm about to go against Braska's final aeon, Jecht, and I really want to get Anima... But I can't because I don't know how to get Bevelle -- Cloister Of Trials chest.. Can someone help me?

You can't actually go back to Bevelle again but you should have the destruction sphere item from there already, to complete the trials there you have to use the destruction sphere and the treasure for it appear at the last area of the trials on top of the reset switch you get a HP sphere from the chest.
