Your relationship need to be partner. Click on propose. The higher amount you spend on a ring the higher the chance she will say yes.

To have a baby you will need to call through phone to adopt. Make sure your relationship is high and you will need to have a crib in the house for the option to show.

Your sim can have a Job once you build a building that can hire Sims. Some building don't have Jobs like the dog adoption building.

Once you have a building that can hire, all you need to do is click on it and you can figure out the rest.

It helps if you buy a more expensive ring to get married. To have a baby you have to buy a crib put it in you house click on it and click add baby. Save up money for gardening and things then go into the town and there should be shim work place. Click build and then wait till it is built. The go onto the pull up box in the right hand corner and click on it then click on Career and education then clock on the person you want to in employ and employ them hope that helps you.

If you want to have a baby keep asking proposing until the other one says yes it takes a few times for me it took 2 times

Then when they are married keep being romantic and woo hooing all the time it should happen eventually
