The cheat gnome

I found out how to get the cheat gnome but when I tap A by it.It wont do anything it will make a buzz sound as if I tap A in open space

You have to put in another code that lets you use a cheat. So you put in the gnome code then the other codes you want. Then you click on the gnome and the other cheats you put in should be there.
