To make a meal for Celina, you need to buy a counter, a fridge and a stove. Click the fridge to "get food" and click the counter to "prepare meal" and then click the stove for "cook dinner". I have tried making breakfast for her, but it wouldn't cook in the stove after I prepared it, so I suggest you wait until 12 something to cook. You need at least a level 7 cooking skill.

And the drop on four trick is done by doing "stand on 2" and then, without praising, find the drop on four trick. Hope this helped!
