Is it possible to have kittens or puppies in sims 2 pets (for psp version)... Can you plz tell me how!?!

Start a new game then go to add a pet and after you've done creating a dog/cat go to add a pet again

You could by creating just one dog and then buy another dog in the town square but of course with the same breed, then leave them in your hous(there should be a pet house) then go to town square by yourself then stay there for 6 hours then return back you should have puppy. NOTE: THEIR RELATIONSHIP SHOULD BE HIGH AS OF 100
