Amy's pet walking job.

Ok so. I'm on level 4 of the pet walking job and I'm having trouble passing it. I've got all my skill levels to what I need to and I'm past the money I should make. Plus, I've had a perfect walk twice. So what do I have to do to be promoted to level 5.
