Unlockable townies

Does anyone have a list of the townies that you can unlock?
How do you get townies to stay because the only way I know is to ask them to move in with you?

I hope I'm right when I assume that the Townies are the people you unlock in the game... Anyway. I expect that the Townies you unlock would stay. It's what my game did. Of course, I've only unlocked 2 Townies...

The Townies I've unlocked is: Charlie and his cat called Paisley. I think you get townies by doing what the pets want or what you want I dunno but thats all I've unlocked

You unlock townies by filling their aspiration bars, achieving goals Smile you can even get hilary duff and occasionally lindsay lohan

I recently just unlocked someone called Eddie and Joyce, I've also unlocked Charlie, Cindy Lou, Huckleberry, Timothy P. And more. I've done this by completeing the asperation points, but by also making lots of friends and fullfilling my pets needs.

I have unlocked Charlie, Patty, Paisley (Charlie and Patty's cat), Cindy Lou, Huckleberry,
Timothy P., Kiki, and a few others. I did this by completeing asperation points and making lots of friends..

I've so far unlocked, Patty Prescott, Charlie Prescott, Cindy Lou, Babette, Eddie, Huckleberry, Walter Mellon, Timothy .P, Kiki, Hilary Duff, Joyce and er I think thats it? Yeah there's quite a lot, I think there's more though!
Just fulfill your sim by completing the asperation points!

You can also unlock a dog trainer who arrives in the town square. Obviously he teaches your dogs tricks haha but I think he charges for them! It's a scam because with time and patience you can teach your dogs tricks for free.
