Question for The Sims 2: Pets
Hey, I am having some trouble withs sims pets on the gba. I have both brought and recieved scrolls (about 3) and when I go into my tricks menu they have not appeared I have recieved scrolls prior to this and they have been fine. Has any one experienced this and does any one know whatto do?

If you haven't went into the menu and actually used the scrolls for the tricks, you need to do that. Then you will be able to teach the trick to your pet.
If by trick menu you mean the Pet Pedigree part of the start menu, those are only the tricks you have told your pet to try, so if you haven't told the pet to do it, the trick won't be there.

I am having the same problem. I buy scrolls or I receive scrolls and then I go in and select them so I can teach them to my pet. However, when I select tricks in the pet menu, my new tricks are not there. Its almost like I have too many tricks for what the trick menu allows. I received 3 scrolls from nibbles the rabbit, but I cannot use them. I cannot use the scroll I received from Davor either. Its almost impossible to win the spades competition without these tricks. Please let me know if you figured it out. Thanks

This has happened to me as well, and occasionally the tricks I don't normally have access to appear in the pet trick menu as opposed to the ones that are usually there. I don't know why this happens, but it occasionally it works.

For the scrolls from nibble the rabbit you have to do the yoga trick, and then go to tricks again it will give you basic or mindblowing, if you select mindblowing there will be ghost, unghost, and hover. The firebreathing trick, you have to tell them to sit first then select tricks again, and pick mindblowing, and there will be firebreathing there. If you ever have a scroll that you can't find after adding it that means that you have to do another trick before being able to do that one. And why that happens in the pet trick menu when doing a job, is because you have to do a simpler trick that then allows you to do a more complicated one. An easy way to find out what you can do after doing a simple one is to practice at home, and then look in the trick menu again.
