Alright! I haven't played a Harvest Moon game in awhile, but I think I can help. You need to plant the seeds (duh) and water them each day (also duh). The thing you need to do that's different is to fertilize them often. They should be a higher quality crop then. Then, take the crop and make seeds with it. You will have a higher grade seed.
