I have three hearts with rock right now and I'm about to get 4.On the game I had before this one I got the blue feather and when I tried to give it to him all he said was "That makes me want to fly"

Well just wait until the end of the year and he'll go to your house and propose to you. If you want him to accept the feather before that he has to be at four hearts and it has to be winter of the first year, and he'll accept but he won't live with you until the second year.

get four hearts with him and then simply give him the feather and just wait so easy now marlin is the hard one please help!

I have 4 hearts with Rock too but he always says "That makes me want to fly like a bird" I don't know where you should be and what time to give him the feather to make him take it. Marlin wont take the feather unless he's outta his house or in his 2 building (the one thats to the right of his home)

He likes toy flowers and milk. Though I don't really see what all the hype is about for him... He annoys me to no end, he's lazy, conceited, and a total flirt.
You have to wait until you have 4 hearts he really like the yellow flowers located around your farm in the summer he also likes fodder after 4 hearts show pull out the blue feather now you are at the place nil and them are then say he doesn’t have to do work then you will need to wait a bit.
