That is not your dad's grave, actually, it was originally planned by natsume to be a place for your horse to stay, but they changed there mind and forgot to take it out, it is impossible to go bring it back, and even if you did, you couldn't go in it, it is just a mistake made by the makers of the game. p.s. I know you posted this 3 yrs ago, but I just thought this may be a cool fact to add.
