wat happens

After the 6th chapter, you view various cutscenes that shows what happens after you die, such as what profession your son chooses and what happens to the village. After this, you're taken back to the opening screen, but fear not! If you open your file again, you'll find you game in there. You'll now play through the "Heaven" chapter, with your son back at home and everyone in town and alive that was alive in the sixth chapter (for example, Nina will not be alive, because she died early on in the game). The only thing you can't do in the Heaven chapter really is influence your child's career, because it is now set. The chapter never ends unless you delete your file. You can play as long as you want to. Do what you want in this chapter - like making friends with people you couldn't because you were afraid of influencing your child's career.

After you die you go to heven chapter,its pretty much the same but after heaven chapter, you can replay chapter three, (when you're kid is a young kid not yet a teen but still not a tot)
