I have three questions:
1. Where is surf?
2. I accidently killed both snorlaxs how can I catch them again?
3. Please name ALL of the lengendaries and where to find them

2)You'll have to get them traded to you by someone else.
3) Mewtwo: Cerulean Cave
Articuno: Seafoam Islands
Zapdos: Power Plant
Moltres: One Island.
Ho-Oh/Lugia: Navel Rock (requires special ticket)
Deoxys: Birth Island (requires special ticket)
Suicune/Raikou/Entei: Running around Kanto depending on which Starter Pokemon you chose

Lengenday Dogs Bulbasaur= Entei
Charizard= Suicune
Squitle= Raikou
Legendary dogs are all over the place, best way to find it is to go to Vermillion City, go in and out of Diglett's Cave and go into the grass, keep doing it until you find him (worked for me)

Surf is in the very back of the Safari Zone,you must Trade snorlax from another game. Articuno is at seafoam island
Zapdos is at the Power Plant
Moltres is at the end of mount ember
Entie,Suicun.and Rakiou are found randomly in any grass once you get the national dex.

1) It's in that hidden house...building...place (I cannot remember what it was called!!!) at the end of the Safari Zone. If you make it before time runs out, you get the HM.
2) You can't. There's two and only two. Once they're gone, they're gone.
3) Here are all of the FireRed and Leafgreen legendaries that I've come to know:
Moltres is found at the top of Mt. Ember on One Island.
Zapdos is found in the Power Plant, just downstream outside of Rock Tunnel.
Articuno is found at the Seafoam Islands, through the entrance gained from Pallet Town, NOT Cinnabar Island.
Mewtwo is sealed away inside Cerulean Cave, outside of Cerulean City. You'll need to have beaten the Elite Four at least once, and you'll have had to link up the PC system with the Hoenn Region by giving Celio the Ruby and Sapphire plates, to enter this cave.
Suicune/Entei/Raikou can be found randomly throughout the mainland of the Kanto Region, depending on your Starter Pokemon, of course. If you started off with Squirtle, you'll encounter Raikou. With Charmander, Suicune, and with Bulbasaur, Entei.

1. Go to the end of the Safari Zone and talk to the guy in the house he will give you Surf for being the first to reach him
2.you will have to Trade..(I thinnk)
3.Go to Fuschia City and travel south (you will need to Surf for this)to get Articuno go through Seafoam Islands.Go to One Island and go to Mt. Ember and keep going up to get Moltres(you will needed to beat the seventh gym leader)it will be at the top. I know that Zapdos is in the electric thing before Rock Tunnel but I'm not sure where rock tunnel is!!
