There is still loads of interest in Pokemon FireRed despite it being approximately 20 years old. The game is an absolute classic, and whether you have the cartridge version and a GameShark or are playing this game on a GBA emulator, our Pokemon Fire Red codes for GameShark will offer you some different options to enjoy the game.
If you don't have the time or inclination to grind through the game, you can literally leave the grind behind and get anything you need with these codes for Fire Red.

But the game is also, fun without cheats, some people choose to play the game through first with no cheats and then tinker with some cheat codes later on for fun. For example the Walk Through Walls cheat is always a lot of fun to use.
If you just want to level up your Pokemons a bit, then the rare candy cheat is one to check out. If you are a bit frustrated with trying to catch some of the legendary Pokemon, then try our masterball cheat.

How to Enter GameShark Codes
It will depend on what emulator you are using. If you are using Visual Boy Advance (VBA) or the GBA4ios, then there is a cheats option from the menu. Select that, and then copy and paste the Pokemon Fire Red cheats that you want to us in the appropriate section. It's best that you leave the codes deactivated until you want to use them, and when you do use them just use them one at a time. If you use too many cheats at once, it's likely your game will stop working and you may have to start over, or at least from your last save location before you activated cheats. That being said, it's probably a good idea to save your game just before you activate any cheat code.
