How do I finish the game?i have 16 badges,82 Pokemon,etc.and how do I get mewtwo,lugia,ho oh,and the three dogs?

ANSWERS

Well you must have the league beat if you have 16 badges so you need to go to mt.siler find ash and beat him you will need to train hard for this as his Pokemon are all around level 80 and cover every type. Trade with red or blue to get mewtwo you need a silver wing to get Lugia and a rainbow wing to get Ho oh. Ho oh is in the burnt tower and Lugia is in the islands south of the town with the lighthouse. The three dogs once set free could appear anywhere in the game at any time when you are walking in the grass. You will need red/blue and gold to complete the pokedex or you can trade with friends

Complete your PokéDex, then you'll be done.

Mewtwo - Trade from Red/Blue/Yellow.
Lugia - Whirl Islands.
Ho-Oh - Burnt Tower.
Entei - Randomly to the East of Ecruteak.
Suicune - Randomly to the South of Ecruteak.
Raikou - Randomly to the West of Ecruteak.

To get ho-oh you know here the dogs are thew you first see them then you work your were to the up to get the dogs they are any random place and they can move any were to get Lugia you know here 5th boss place is your and then you surf you keep right then go up a bit then you go right all the way then you can't go more you go down a bit then you go left a bit you will see whirlpool and then use whirlpool then you go up then you will see a cave then you go in it then the rest is so yours and if you go there and you did have whirlpool please don't get cross at my and I hope you can do it and I hope I have help so much. I can tell you ash's poke'mon and their lvl's: Pikachu Lvl 80, Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise are lvl 77, Snorlax lvl 75, and Espeon lvl 73. The guy that submitted you last is right. My brother let me clone his poke'mon: Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, and Mew and now their all lvl 100.
