Where do you find Omastar and kabutops ??

I don't think that you can get them in that game. I got mine from trading from my blue

You can't get those Pokemon in this game. Unless you use a gameshark code.

Trade the from Red, Yellow, or Blue Version, or use a GameShark.

I found kabuto at the ruins of alph I have 6 of them and 3 areodactyls but cant find omstar

Omastar and kabutops cannot be found in silver version, you'll have to trade for them.
