ANSWERS

After you beat the league...you will gain acces to Kanto...then beat Red..Gym leader of Viridian city...after that you can gain acces to Pallet Town

First, defeat the Elite 4 and go on the S.S. Anne to go to Vermillion City. Then, go to the Power Plant from Cerulean City at Route 10 and talk to the director. Then go to Cerulean's Gym and find a Rocket running out. Then battle him on the northern bridge, and he'll tell you where the lost machine part is. Go back in the Gym and find it, give it back to the director, then go to Lavender Town to get the Kanto Extension to your Radio Card. Use the Poké Flute to battle the Snorlax. Once you either defeat or capture it, go through Diglett's Cave to Route 2. Cut the nearby tree, then go south to Viridian, then south further to Pallet Town.

You have to defeat the elite 4 then surf across the water in your home town. When you are there you should be in kanto from there go up RT. 66 and you should reach a building that will only let you go out 2 of three ways. Go right and you will be on RT. 22 then go south to reach pallet town.

There is no Pallet Town in this game.

After you beat the elite four
Prof.elm gives you the ticket for the s.s.aqua to get to vermilion city
And you battle your way round kanto to get to pallet
