I am trying to get the HM 03/ Surf, and I know it is Ecruteak City and I need to find the Kimono girls, but where do I find them? Do they show up on a certain day or what? I need a walkthrough.

It's there in the under the building where you can acess tin tower... You go to that building in Ecruteak city and go down and you'll find it go into the building and you'll see the Kimono Girls on stage when you fight them all go talk to the man with a blue hat facing the stage with rydon next to him

They are inside a house, all of them are eevee trainers meaning all evolutions of eevee, I forgot where though.

They're in the dance theatre in Ekruteak every day.

You find them in the house beside the gym
