Hehe, it's me again...am I blonde or what? Um, I caught most of the Unown's and I defeated the Rocket badguys in the Radio Station and I received the Silver Wing...but then I was told by the man in the Tin Tower to get a Rainbow Wing and I read from this website that I can find that in Pewter City, but isn't that city in Pokemon Blue?? I'm confused! Oh, and where do I get the train ticket?

You can go to the Kanto region (where Pokemon red/blue takes place) after you beat the elite four. I'm pretty sure you need to take the train to get there, but I can't remember where to get the train ticket.

The Silver Wing makes Lugia appear in the Whirl Islands. Pewter City is also in G/S/C, and an old man gives it to you when you talk to him. To get the train ticket, give Copycat in Saffron City her lost doll.

You can go to Pewter city after you defeat the elite four, and talk to an old man in the city and he will give you the rainbow wing.
