Hey guys... I was just wondering. I got rock smash and all and I cna get into the islands on the way to cianwood but I can't find a masterball to catch Lugia or one of the legendary dogs!!
<BR>Cna sum1 respond and tell me where to get master ball?
<BR>And wheres the best place to train phsychic pokemon?

You will get the master ball when you defeat all 8 gym leaders. Professor elm wil call you and tell you he has something important.

You have to beat the 8th gym leaders.

Psychic Pokemon are strong against Fighting type so I would suggest going to places where you find a lot of Fighting type Pokemon, like caves. And you get the Masterball after you beat the 8 Gym Leaders. However, you don't need it to catch Lugia or the legendary dogs. My suggestion would be to use Ultra and Great Balls to catch Lugia and Ho-oh. Save the masterball for the dogs, sinse they run away so often. Oh, and remember to save right before you battle Lugia and Ho-oh. That way if you accidently knock them out, or they win, you can just turn your game off and on to re-try. Good Luck.

You can also catch him with a ultra ball i've done it but u have 2 have a lot
