I want to know if you can find any RARE CANDYS!!!!! In the jotho area I have looked everywhere and if anyone can I've any tips to beat lance at the poke legue it will help me

Not sure about Rare Candies....I think there's one in the Olivine Lighthouse.

For Lance, definitely bring an ice pokemon. I like Lapras. An electric Pokemon to start, like Raikou or Ampharos. And some Pokemon to do quick damage.

Surf in small bodies of water in cities to get to the other side... There are some that can be found like that. Also check invisible one, they will be found in one step wide areas surrounded by three rocks or walls. Or just in random places. Also try looking in random hidden areas off paths...

For lance:
I enjoy blowing apart lance's gyrados with one zap from my ampharos! Or other strong electric Pokemon will do. Get some Pokemon, actually, only one is needed, that knows ice moves, for the dragons. Use either water or ice on his aerodactly, and water for the charizard.

4. The toen where that weird spinningf teacher guy is(forgeot the town name, sorry!!)

Lance:
Feraligator use ice moves
Lightning Pokemon
Ground/rock pokemon
And others

It think there is one where you find blue on cinnabar island and it should be at the top if you don't go right to the wall.
Tyrannitar beats them all with rock slide!!!!!!
