I found an Eevee but not where you said Cross Stinger!!! Well now I'd like to know what lvl. It evolves. Cross Stinger please do NOT answer this one!!!!!

Eevee does not evolve by level you can use the following stones to eveolve it thunder, fire and water. It will eveolve by it having maxed out happines which you get around level 45-50 which is not level evolution it is happiness evolution. During the day it will evolve into the pyshcic Pokemon espeon and at night the dark Pokemon umbreon.

Anways, Eevee evolves with the Fire Stone, Thunderstone, and Water Stone. It can also evolve during the night or day if it likes you.

No cross stinger is not the best answerer, I know nearly everything there is to know about Pokemon silver. By the way Eevee's evolution into Espeon/Umbreon is random, I got it at level 37....Just give it haircuts and talk to Daisy in pallet town and it's happiness will go up. Also DO NOT give your Eevee herbal medicine because it makes it's happiness go down.
Fire stone: Flareon
Water stone: Vaporeon
Thunder stone: Jolteon
Happiness in day: Espeon
Happiness at night: Umbreon.

You can check how happy your Eevee is by talking to someone in Goldenrod City.
