I have beaten everyone in Johto, the Elite Four and the Champion at leats 15 times, but can't seem to find a way to enter Kanto, How do you get to Kanto? Please help me.

You need to go on the ship from olivine city.

You should have received a pass to ride on a ship that is located in Olivine City.

First make sure youhave gotten the S.S. Aqua pass from professor Elm then fly to Olivine city enter the house left of the Lighthouse and go down all the way talk to the captain and he will let you through. You will enter the S.S. Aqua, here find the Captains daughter. From the Ship's entrance go right and down, up the stairs, here you are given a new sidequest, find the sailor's partner.

To find him go out of there through the way you came in. And look for him on the rooms in that part of the ship if he's not there go left and search that side of the ship. Once you find him he will battle you and then he will return to his post.

Go back to where you met the first sailor and you will now gain passage. Go left all the way then down intil you reach some stairs, go up them and go into the only door available, here you will find the captain's daughter. And when you get her to the captain the ship will now have arrived in Vermillion City, from here on you're on your own. Good luck.
