I am really confused. I have tryed for a while, but I am still not managing to find Misty. Can any one tell me where to find her as I think I will win easily with my lvl 100 dragonite

First, fix the powerplant. Then, you should find her with her boyfriend at Cerulean Cape. She'll then go back to the gym.

First, you have to find the Machine Part in the middle pool in the gym. Then, give it to the person at the power plant. After that, go up to the Cape, near Bill's grandfather's house. She will be there on a date. Her date will see you, then run away. Misty will complain, then she will go back to the gym.

Misty can be found in Cerulean City in Kanto. You will have to travel through Mount Moon to reach her.

I forgot to mention you have to fix the Power Plant by fishing for the Generator Part in the middle of Misty's Gym. Any fishing rod will do.

Misty is in the Cerulean Pokemon Gym in Cerulean City. There you should find her as the Pokemon Gym leader.

I believe she is at the Pokemon Cape, where Bill used to live, but only after returning the stolen part from the Rocket Grunt back to the Power Plant.
