Im replaying the actual cart on my snes. Well, I just beat juggler irwin on route 35, and he wants to exchange numbers. But every time I try to, he tells me that my pokegear doesnt have enough memory for more numbers. Has anyone else heard of this? Or am I the only one? Or is it something I'm forgetting, and I just don't see it?

Yeah it happened to me. You see theres only so much room for phone numbers. After you have so many you can't add more. I can't remember if you can get rid of numbers you have or not. Try to see if theres an option to delete numbers.

there is no way, and im only on the 4th gym in the game, in the jhoto region. theres no reason for it to tell me i cant have any more numbers, as ive beaten it before, and it never said anything like that

You can only have so many phone numbers, and it will not allow you to have anymore. There is a delete option once you click on someones name (except for Mom and Oak). You don't necessarily have to add everyone though, as you can go about the game without most of them except for I think SchoolBoy Alan who you'll see once you beat Sudowudo. He gives you a leaf stone after a while of fighting him.

It means that your Pokegear is full of phone numbers. You have to go into the Pokegear and delete one of the numbers to make room if you want the new one.
