Hi im new to pokemon and i was wondering if any one new how to get past the pokemon that looks like a tree and blocks your path when you press A it shakes can any one help.

Did you beat Whitney? If you did, talk to the lady near the plants in one of the houses next to it.

Get the Squirtbottle and use it on the tree and a Sudowoodo will attack you.

When you go to Grondan City and get the badge.Go to the house beside it and talk to the girl thats walking. If you got the badge she will give you a squitebottle and if you go back to the tree and use the squitebottle on the tree. It will attack you it is rare so it would be good to to get it. THATS IT.

Beat the gym leader Whitney. Then go to the house with lots of plants in that is close to the gym. One of the girls inside gives you a squirtbottle. Squirt the tree Pokemon and it will attack you. It is called Suudowoodo and fire attacks are effective against it.
