okay the wiggling tree is called sudowoodo and he hates water. so you go to goldenrod city and you talk to the people all around the city and find one that will give you the squirtbottle. then you go to sudowoodo and save. then try talking to the tree, it will ask you if you want to squirt water on it. say yes and you will go into battle with it. make sure you have a good amount of balls with you. If you accidentily faint it turn off the power and turn back on. then when you hit continue you should be in front of the tree. try again and do that until you catch it. (sudowoodo, the tree, is a rock pokemon)

you beat some of the gym leaders then go to the flower place and the girl will give ya a squirt bottle

Beat the leader of goldenrod city, then go to the left of the gym. There are these two houses, go to the on on top. Talk to the lady by the flowers and she gives you the squirtbottle :P YAY!
