No not really. But Most people know where they usually hang out. Entei usually hangs out right next to new bark town and goldenrod and Suicune hangs out near Lake of Rage and Blackthorn city. I don't know where Raikou is normally though.

It's an random encounter. It's a matter of luck....so always be prepared.

Yes there is. First off, you have to be lucky to randomly encounter one of them. The one you encounter will be registered in your pokedex, then you can check it's location in the pokedex. Do this for all 3, & then you can know where all 3 are at any point.

Thats a good queston.i know from experience that at night suicune hangs out at the route right before violet city.entei is at the route after violet city in day and afternoon for raikou at the route after the last city.cant remember the name.
