1)where do I get more money?
2)where do I catch good level pokemon?

1.- You can get some money by either winning the Pkmn League over and over or use the "Clone Pkmn and Items" trick to clone some Nuggets and sell them for a lot of money.

2.- The Highest Level Pkmns are in Mt. Silver, where Ash is located. You can find level 50-60 Pkmn there, but I'd rather leveling them.

3.- In one of the Whirlpool Islands. They are located by the Town where you get HM02 Fly (Sorry I haven't played PS for a while now). When you reach him, save before battling if your intention is not to use the Master Ball. He's in lvl 40 if you're playing Pokemon Silver and Level 70 if you're playing Pkmn Gold.

To get Lugia, you have to get the silver wing from pewter city, then go the the whirl islands. You will need whirlpool, surf and waterfall to get to it(possibly strength or rock smash as well, I can't remember)

To get high level Pokemon, try mt silver

1) to get more money just battle all the trainers don't skip any..

2) to catch good level Pokemon just don't catch any Pokemon first in the first or two city.. And then catch Pokemon if you are so far already.. But that is my opinion... Your decision to make..

3) to catch Lugia just get the silver wing from pewter city.. Then after that go to the whirlpool island ( just check your map ) but first you need a whirpool, surf, and waterfall..

1)Battle People and Gym Leaders to get money, and get your mom to save your money.

2)To catch good/decent leveled Pokemon, go to places more further away from NEW BARK TOWN, the further you go, the higher the level will be.

3)Sorry but I can't help you there
