I have 2 questions 1.where do you get the silver wings on Pokemon silver? 2.where is lavender city on Pokemon silver?? Please help me someone

I believe silver wing can be obtained after defeating team rocket in radio tower. Then you can go find lugia. Also, once you can go to Kanto, go to Pewter City, talk to an old person outside, and they will give you the rainbow wing. Lavander Town is located the same place as previous Pokemon games, to the right of Vermillion City.

1) I bet the silver wing is on pewter city.. 2) Lavender city can be located on the right of Vermillion city.. Like in the yellow, red and blue versions..
