I have a few questions about Pokemon Silver:
 
 1. I just got the Silver Wing from the radio director,but what do I do with it and when I go to the whirl Islands I can't get in the caves cos they are so dark.
 2.How do I get a Pichu or a Lugia??
 3.How do I get a water stone so I can evolve my Evee??
 4. Can you go anywhere in Kanto???

ANSWERS

1) First you need to get the HM Flash from Sprout Tower in Violet City from the elder. Then teach it to your Pokemon.

2) Pichu you get by mating a Ditto and Pikachu and hatching the egg that they give. Obtain it from the day care people. Lugia is in the Whirl islands somewhere and you can get it by having the silver wing.

3) Get a water stone from Bill's Grandpa in Cerulean City, which to go there you must beat the Elite Four and obtain the ticket from Elm afterwards.

4) Yes, you can go anywhere in Kanto. From Pallet Town to Lavender Town and everywhere in between.

1. You use flash. The HM you got in Violet City from Sprout Tower.

2. Pichu-
Breed a Pikachu with a Ditto at the daycare and they'll lay an egg.

Lugia-
Find it in Whirl Islands after getting Silver Wing

3. In Cerulean City go north and show the guy a Staryu.

4. Yes. After defeating the Elite Four,Elm will give you a ticket which will take you to Kanto from Olivine City.

1) You need to use the TM flashinside the caves.

2) Pichu breed male and female Pikachu or Pikachu whith a ditto, the egg you get will eventually hatch into Pichu. Lugia is in one of the whirl Islands in the deepest part of the cave.

3) All the stones can be obtained by going to bills grandpas house, he will describe a certain pokemon and if you show it to him he'll give you a certain stone you get water stone when he asks to see a Staryu.

4) Yes you can get into Kanto, it is pretty much the other half of beating the game.

2. Pichu- breed a Pikachu and a Ditto. To get Lugia you must go to the Whirl Islands. Of course, you have to pick the right one- try the bottom-right island.
3. You will have to show the right Pokemon to Bill's grandaddy northeast of Cerulean City inside a building.
4. Of course! Just defeat the Elite Four to get the SS Ticket, then take the SS Anne to Kanto.

2. Use Flash and go into the Whirl Islands. To get Pichu, breed a female Pikachu with a male Pikachu.
3. Mystery gift, or talk to Bill's grandfather in the house on the cape north of Cerulean City.
4. Yes. After you've beaten the Elite Four.
