What is the best Pokemon to get to lv 100 out of:
 Blastoise
 Jigglypuff
 Rydon
 Mew
 Mewtwo
 Iam not quite sure which is the best one to get to level 100?

ANSWERS

I would suggest 3 of them are good for raising to level 100: Blastoise, Mew and Mewtwo.
Moves I would suggest for Blastoise are:
Hydro Pump
Surf
Skull Bash
Ice Beam
Mewtwo and Mew can have the same moves list (sicne Mew can learn every move):
Psychic
Seismic Toss
Recover
Psybeam

I would say mewtwo, but it also depends on what nature those Pokemon are.

The best Pokemon would be Mew but I would try to get them all to level 100.

Get Either Mew or Mewtwo to lv 100 cause Mew could learn any Tm and they are both physic type so they have good stats.
