K so I purposly died on the ss anne after getting Cut. I went and got surf and went back and used surf there is a truck to the right. What is it for. thx

There are rumors that under the truck a Mew is, and you must strength to get the truck away, but I don't believe it and I try it and it don't work..
But with a real cheat, you need a cheat cartridge,the truck stand in Vermilion city and that is the real place for mew.. But if you don't have a cheat cartridge it's nothing..
