I don't think there is such thing as a max elixer. Just find a normal one and duplicate it.

Apologies for the late response.
There is such a thing, the only one I know of is a hidden item on Cycling Road.
If you stay to the far right and let the road take you down (right from the very start), you will end up locked in a corner (Water to the South, Rocky Wall to the East, and Slotted Fence to the West). From here, head 3 squares North, and 10 squares West. That is the square where the item is hidden.
It's easiest to come at it from 2 squares above, let the road's hill carry you south while spamming A to pick it up.

Max Elixir was exactly where described. Use Item Clone Cheat to hoard these for battle against Elite four and rival
