Where do you get eevee?
What Pokemon can you only get in the red version?

You can get evee at the back of one on the bulidings in celadon, not too sure where it is, but not the supermarket and the Pokemon you can get in red are charmelon, squritle and bulbasaur. Sorry for the info where you get eevee, but I havent been playing this game ages ago.

Eevee can be found in the Celadon Mansion in Celadon City. You have to in through the back way though.
As far as I can tell Pokemon like Ekans, Arbok, Electabuzz and a few others I believe, but I can't remember.

You get evee in Celadon City you enter the city go to the right of the Pokemon center go through the oppening and go to the back of a building you will enter go to the roof and in a pokeball there will be an evee and then take it

Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume
Ekans, Arbok
Growlithe, Arcainain
Electabuzz
Schyter
Mankey, Primeape
And the following only in blue:
Magmar
Pinsir
Bellsprout, Weepingbell, Victrebell
Sandshrew, Sandslash
Meowth, Persian
Vulpix, Ninetails

To get eevee you need to go to the far left side of celadon and then you will see a passage follow it and you will be able to go in the back of the Pokemon Mansion go to the very top and a man will be there he will give you his eevee
