I have three questions. First, what level does Pikachu evolve?

The Pikachu you get in the beginning doesn't evolve, unless you mean a diferent one, then get a thunderstone at the store in Celadon City.

Fearow is the final evolution of spearow and does not evolve again.

Go to Cycling hill but before you go through the building to cross, there is a tree to cut, cut it and go to the house west of there, you will get HM2, that would be Fly.

1 pikachu should be evolvedb after learning thunderbolt

1) pikachu is evolved by a thuinderstone
2) fearow is the final evolvution
3) it is in a house left of Celadon City.

Pikachu doesn't elvolve by level. I'masuming that you're playing Pokemon yellow, so the only way to make pikachu evolve, is to Trade pikachu to eather Pokemon red, blue, or green. Then, go to Celadon City's mart. Find the floor that the stones are sold at, and buy a thunderstone. Use it on pikachu, and wala! You've got yourself a raichu! Caution pikachu can not turn back. And fearow is the final form and does not evolve from that form. And finally, go as far left as you can in celadon city, and go in the house. You will then find a person inside that will give you HM fly. Then go walk in the grass, find a flying type Pokemon, and use the HM fly on the flying Pokemon.
