How do you fight the pokemons in the ghost tower?
 I need to know because I can't get to the highest floor!!!

Use a Pokemon that doesn't have a normal type move for example a Geodude with Rock Throw.

You need the Slip Co "Spelling" you need to beat team rocket at the game connor.

You are going to have to get a silph scope but I forgot how to get it, try checking out the guides on this site for Pokemon blue

Silph scope is a must, if you wanna fight those"ghost" in Pokemon towers and in fact they are none other than Ghastly and haunter.
Ps: you will face marowak before you proceed to fight team rocket in the final floor of the tower.

You need a Pokemon that uses attacks that don't use them being physical like charzard with flame thrower

Easy. You just need to get a silph scope by defeating team rocket and their cruddy master at the celedon game corner. To get there go to the game corner and talk to the team rocket member facing the poster and win the battle. Talk to the poster and stairs will appear. Go down there and fight the leader.

The ghosts are poison type as well. Hurt them with psychic or ground attacks.

Use your starter Pokemon and if you caught a poison type Pokemon it should work too
