ANSWERS

The pokecenter is near lavender town and so is poketower. And btw you face gary in the Pokemon tower and also you will need silph scope to fight pokemon in there.

There are a lot of Poke Centres
Ghost Tower is also known as Pokemon Tower and is found in Lavendar Town after going through ROck Tunnel

Pokecenter is in every town except pallet town.

The "ghost town" should be after you get out of the second cave, I think it's called rock mountain or something close to that

There is a ghost tower when you go through the dark tunnel from curulean and and there is a Pokemon city in the tower or outside the cave
