Ok I really need help! Where do I find the flute thing that I can play to wake up the sleeping Pokemon in front of the roads! Also when I get old amber what is the lab I am supposed to take it to. Where is it? Thanks so much!

The Pokeflute is given to you after you save Mr. Fuji, but you also need Siplh Scope as he's trapped in Pokemone Tower.
Take Old Amber and any other fossil to the lab in Cinnabar Island.

Get the pokeflute when you whack all the team rocket members in the poke tower and you will get a cut off. talk to him and you will get pokeflute in the foot of his house.
The old amber : take it to cinnabar island and the professor will turn fossils into pokemon

You get the pokeflute from mr.fuji who is in the Pokemon tower lavender town. He is on the top floor. The lab is on cinabar island where the seventh gym is located

You can get the Pok'eFlute from Mr.Fuji after rescuing him from Pok'emon Tower.

You have to rescue a man from the ghost tower after you get the silph scope ( or something like that ) and then you awake marowack ( it is a ghost ) then you defeat team rocket then talk to the man that will be on the top floor and he will take you to his house and for rescueing you you get the poke flute to awaken the snorlaxes that are blacking the road. P.s. The tower is full of cubones and lots of ghost poke mon and some attacks wont work on ghost Pokemon and cubone.

1.You got to save that guy from team rocket in the ghoust tower in Lavender Town.

2.Take to tothe lab on the island where the 7th gym leader lives.

Ok, first, the Poke Flute is in the house above the two houses (in Lavender town) but, you have to fight team Rocket in the tower. Seconde, the lab is in the Island on the southeast of the map.
